This emoji depicts a face shaking its head, as if it disagrees with something or is shocked and can not understand what is going on.
The emoji was included in the list of emojis in 2022 as part of Emoji 15.0.

A lot of emojis does also exist in different variations, for example different skin colors, the emoji shaking face does however not have any known variations.
