Dango is a Japanese sweet whose main ingredient in fact is rice, or rice flour to be more specific. The rice flour is called mochiko in Japanese. Dango is often served as a snack in company with hot green tee. The same type of rice flour that is used to make dango is also the same type that is used to create mochi, which is used as a wrapper for the very popular Hawaiian Ice Cream Bubbies.
