Below the mouth and along the chin icicles are hanging from the poor freezing emoji. The idea of ​​this emoji is partly to convey an extreme cold, or that one is experiencing an extreme cold - but not just cold in the form of weather, but also a kind of personal cold that one can experience from someone who, for example, do not want to be friends anymore.
